Consumer information pursuant to Legislative Decree of 22 May 1999, n. 185 (Gazz. Uff., June 21, #143).-Implementation of Directive 9l/l/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.
The supplier of the services or products requested is XINO Srls, with registered office in 10010 Mercenasco (TO).
In accordance with article 5 of legislative decree 185 of 1999, the customer can withdraw from the contract/order signed on the Internet without penalty and without giving any reason, subject to the conditions below.
The right of withdrawal:
- For lack of the essential integrity of the property (packaging and/or its content)
- Partial use of the asset and any consumables
- The lack of external and/or internal packaging
- The integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts ...)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation
Products must be returned to the sender unopened, sealed, complete with all their parts as they were shipped and never used, mounted, tampered with, etc.. If the packaging is not suitable or identical, the item arrives damaged, used or tampered with, there will be no refund; the object will be returned as such and charge the customer the cost of resending. The right of withdrawal are not including postage, because this is an additional service that being now being done, is not refundable. Note that refuse the parcel does not equate to exercise the right of withdrawal. May not exercise the right of withdrawal customers who purchase with VAT and those who buy custom goods.
In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a period of 10 (ten) days days after receipt of the goods ordered, the customer must send to the address below a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The communication can be sent within the same period, by telegram, telex and facsimile, as long as it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours.
The notice shall contain:
- the intention to make use of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999
- the indication of the product (s) for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
- the data related to your bank account (this is to allow the return of the amount owed).
To obtain a refund of the payment, the customer shall, at its own expense, return the purchased products within ten working days of receipt of the goods and can be made using any carrier/shipper/shipper the customer deems appropriate.
Method of refund of amount paid: XINO Srls will refund as quickly as possible, and in any event within 30 days of receipt of the communication.
If payment for the purchase of the item (s) in question was done through Paypal, the refund will be made via Paypal (Paypal refunding through the same transition), otherwise will be by bank transfer. Just in case the user does not have a bank account, will be taken into consideration other form of reimbursement.
Remains expressly intended that the costs of returning the product to will be borne by the customer.
